Chances are, you've done a bit of homework and have already figured out that replacing windows and doors is a BIG decision. Well, it shouldn't have to be a big headache, so we have some information here that will hopefully help you with your decision.

First and foremost, we would never use a product that we wouldn't put in our own home. All our windows carry excellent manufacturer warranties, and all are dual pain, low-e insulated windows. Our preferred products are all Energy Star rated, and are guaranteed to make your home more comfortable, and more energy efficient.

Vinyl Windows - This is our preferred product. We offer vinyl-framed windows from Milgard Windows & Doors. Milgard vinyl products are considered some of the best in the industry for quality, efficiency, warranty, and cost. We can fill you in on the details about each product to help you make a choice that fits your needs.

Aluminum Thermal Break Windows - We can offer an aluminum window with a unique feature; a "thermally broken" window frame that consists of an aluminum interior and exterior, built together with a vinyl strip through the entire mid-section of the window frame. This feature is meant to better insulate the window frame from the transference of cold air from the exterior of the home. Although not always preferred, it will certainly help to make your home more energy efficient than a standard aluminum window in a cold climate such as Flagstaff, or small mountain towns around Tucson. **Please keep in mind that a thermal break product is meant for a COLD weather application, and is NOT recommended for the HOT desert climate.**

Aluminum Windows - Still the economical choice in the industry, though the styles, specs, and quality vary somewhat from one manufacture to the next. Although we will be happy to install the product of your choice, we recommend Milgard aluminum, and we also specialize in installing commercial grade custom windows from Western Window Systems. Though not as efficient as a vinyl window frame, the dual pain aluminum windows we offer are all going to make a significant difference in the energy and sound efficiency of your home, as well as improving the appearance inside and out - all while still remaining extremely affordable.

Wood-clad windows from Milgard Manufacturing are a fine grained, knot-less Douglass Fir clad on the Ultra Fiberglass window frame. Wood-clad windows offer a classy traditional interior look that is perfect for many homes, and may just be what you're looking for if you wish to add a bit more "class" to your interior window sills. In our opinion, these windows are meant to be noticed, inside and out, while generally leading the industry for energy & sound efficiency.

Doors are like fingerprints... sort of. The point is, there are a lot of possibilities.
