Stephanie and James have been married since Oct. 3rd, 2003.  Since that time she has shown her support and patience 110% of the time as James has tried to find his career of choice.  Since March of 2005 (More than half of their marriage) she has faithfully endured the struggles of being an entrepreneur's wife.

James has been working in the construction industry off and on since he was about 14 years old.  His various areas of experience make him a jack of all trades, although he will not claim to be a master of any.  He is a firm believer that no matter how much experience you have, there is always something to learn, and always room to improve.  Growing up, he was instilled with a black-and-white value system that still serves as a basis for all that he does.  His experience as an Eagle Scout and a former missionary contribute to his belief that, in business, the customer service experience is of utmost importance.  He insists that customer service is inherently connected to the quality of work and the "karma" of reliability. 

Stephanie graduated from the University of Arizona in December 2003, with a Bachelor's degree in Plant Sciences.  Her ability to learn, and her capacity to excel in any field, makes her an expert at whatever she chooses.  She has worked as an enrollment advisor for the University of Phoenix, as well as a loan officer for a local Tucson mortgage broker.  She is currently an Arizona registered substitute teacher in the Sahuarita Unified School District and a youth activities advisor in her church - and, of course, a full time wife and mother.

She is also actively involved with the marketing and administrative efforts of Buena Vista Windows.  Her input and intuition is a valuable force that continually drives Buena Vista Windows to higher standards of excellence.

Outside of the construction industry James has had the opportunity to work on financial software, web design, the airline industry, training & development, landscaping, and even as an international Portuguese telephone operator.

Within the construction industry he has worked for several "home grown" General Contractors in Tucson.  After graduating from the University of Phoenix with a degree in Business Administration, he spent 2 1/2 years working with Del Webb & Pulte Homes before deciding that it was time to use his experience and entrepreneurial passion to start businesses of his own.
